The Bay Restaurant is located in the main Lodge building with a panoramic view of Great Oyster Bay at sunset. Open daily for evening meals, the menu includes prime Tasmanian sea and farm produce. Richardson's Bistro takes its name from the adjoining beach, which sweeps in an arc around the waters of Coles Bay. It offers casual dining at reasonable prices. Hazards Bar and Lounge is a great place to swap stories or read a book by the open wood fire in winter. Most evenings you can join a wine tasting group to meet fellow guests and sample some of Tasmania's best boutique wines and beers.
